Don't manage to install Djay Pro, only free version

Hi, I downloaded and subscribed (and payed) to Djay Pro but i don’t manage to get it on my device(s) (Android). Keeps opening free version with pop up for subscription. If I click on this i get notification ‘already subscribed to Djay Pro…’

Any idea how to solve this?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your djay license.

Could you please email us via the “contact support” button in djay for Androids in-app settings menu. From there we should be able to get your djay user ID and further assist you.

Please title your email “ATTN: NATHANIEL - COMMUNITY: DONT MANAGE TO INSTALL…”
