DVS does not see any input device (iOS and PC)

I recently got the DVS control vinyl and I’m trying to use the Djay Pro software.
One big problem: no matter what OS I use I am unable to use the control vinyl.
The software does not see any input from the turntables.
I have a DJM-250MKII. I have mapped all the buttons on the mixer, but the software does not see an input from the turntables on either a PC or my iPad.
What am I doing wrong?
Also when using my iPad it does not play the music through the mix. It only plays it through the iPad speakers.
Any help would be great, thank you.

I’m not a DVS user myself, but I suspect part of the issue is that the Pioneer DJM-250 MKII is not on the list of officially supported DVS mixers:

1. Do you have a paid subscription for djay Pro?
2. How exactly are you connecting the iPad to your mixer? Please provide screenshots.
3. This is probably obvious, but also please make sure you have DVS enabled in the djay Pro Settings>DVS.
