Easier Way of Transferring Cues from Mac to iPad Offline Please!

The cloud-based way of sharing cue points between mac and ipad does not work in cases where music files exist on an external drive
It also does not work where there is no internet (for instance, in Africa!).

Can we ask for another way of sharing such cue points manually offline??
