The new searchable mini panels work really well, but it seems it doesn’t show up when adding tracks to the automix queue. It still uses the older panel that doesn’t show any of my iCloud playlists nor has the ability to search.

You’re right, the Automix Queue uses a different library UI and this doesn’t have a search feature.
I’ll change this into a feature request.
