Inside my Music folder (same location as Djay folder) on my MacBook Pro I have a folder dedicated for dj music. From Djays Finder I selected my dj music folder and then dragged that to My Collection and made various playlist.
By mistake I deleted all songs from the My Collection …no problem I’ll just import Djays backup file . So I first dragged my dj folder from Djays Finder back to My Collection.
When I imported the backup file by right click and choose Open , all the Cues , loops and grids are there but it didn’t populate my playlists. All my playlists are empty.
Was this the correct way to recover a backup?
