Enabling multiple effects on Hercules T7.

  • Version of operating system (e.g. macOS 14.4.1): iOS 18.1
  • Version of djay (e.g. 5.1.2): 5.2.3
  • Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro): Hercules T7 Premium

I am only able to activate one manual effect at a time in djay pro using the default mapping for the T7. In other words, I should be able to use 3 FX at the same time for each deck. There doesn’t seem to be a mapping available for the FX buttons in the midi mapping section. (I.e. pressing each of the 6 fx buttons on the T7 don’t seem to correspond to a midi note.) Am I missing something? Or is this going to come in a future update? Or is this on the Hercules firmware side perhaps?

I betting the problem is me. Please help.

Hi @DJ_Opus, sorry for the delayed reply. I spoke with engineering and this is a limitation of the controller.
