When both decks are synced, song play erratic pitch up and down and unable to load new track. have to quit application

It sounds to me like you have Crossfader FX and Tempo Blend enabled. If so, please try turning these Off. If these are already off, can you please share a short video of the issue to help me diagnose the problem? Thanks!
What are the songs? With Fluid Beatgrid, the BPM of the tracks will move up/down in order to stay in sync - that’s normal. Unable to load a new track when? If both decks are playing, then generally loading a new track is not permitted.
I’m using my M3 MacBook Pro 16 inch Pioneer REV7. Deck 1 was playing. loaded track on deck 2. Song played like the pitch was moving up and down erratic from 33 to 45 and the key lock was being activated on and off by itself The most craziest thing that’s ever happened.
This sounds very unusual @Jayse. Was this a one time problem or can you reproduce it on demand?
I should have recorded it. I wasn’t even touching my REV7 or laptop. After rebooting and turning off and on my controller, I didn’t even was to reproduce what had happened. Luckily I was at my house and not in a live setting. And these are regular tracks I use on occasion for along time. But if it ever does happen, I will surely record it.
Okay thanks for the additional info @Jayse. Glad to hear it was a one time issue. This almost sounds like some kind of interference or connection issue. Are you using a high quality USB cable with ferrite magnets between your Mac and the REV7?
Nothing new. Just my normal everyday DJ TechTools Chroma Cable. I did the DJ PRO software update wanting to test it out and this is what happened.
