Error domain error 403 - Tidal

Since yesterday update of v5.3.3
Using reloop mixxon 8

Getting( com.algoriddim.ARCDataURLResponse-ErrorDomain error403.) Anytime i try to load a track from tidal. Soundcloud n beatport are fine.
Ive reinstalled both tidal and dj pro twice. Tidal works fine on its own,just get error when trying to use it with Dj pro.

Hi @Cabal, sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please try logging out of Tidal from within djay and all stand-alone Tidal apps and browsers on all of your devices. Then close djay and follow the procedure linked below to perform a Forced Restart of your iOS device:

  1. iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (IE)
  2. iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support (IE)

After rebooting, launch djay and only log into Tidal from within djay and retest. Thanks!

I already did that too

Tried it just now a se ond time to be sure n its still occuring

  1. Does this happen with all Tidal tracks or only certain ones?
  2. Are you sure that your Tidal and djay subscriptions are paid and in good standing? Maybe your payment method expired recently?
  3. In the djay Settings>Library>TIDAL please try switching the Quality to Normal.
  4. If you have a VPN, please try setting using a US location. If you are already using a VPN, please try turning it off.

Not sure what aspect fixed issue. Both subs were paid already. Was just tidal but every track. But sonething clicked n it all works again. Thank you
