Im using big sur os and it keeps giving me error message when trying to use tracks from tidal

Do you always receive this error message when you try to load a TIDAL track?

Could you please tell us in what country you are located?

Do you use any VPN service, special firewall or similar?

Are you able to play TIDAL tracks directly from the TIDAL App or Browser?
