Error when trying to load a song

Im getting this error when trying to load songs from an external hard drive. it have always worked before and some songs work but som dont.

  • Device model (e.g. 2020 iPad Air 4th Gen):
    Mac mini m4
  • Version of operating system (e.g. macOS 14.4.1):
    15.5 (24F74)
  • Version of djay (e.g. 5.1.2):
    5.3.3
  • Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro):
    DDJ-FLX4

This could be a file permission issue. The files on the external hard drive might have the wrong owner or incorrect read permissions.

First, recursively grant read permission to “everyone.” If that doesn’t resolve the problem, change the ownership of all files to yourself.
