Everytime I try to open day pro now it doesn’t open and a message pops up that says ''Djay pro unexpectedly quit" how do I fix this I’ve already restarted the computer

I’m so sorry to hear that.
In order to get this problem fixed, we need to know, what exactly is causing the crash. Therefore we kindly ask for your help: Can you sent us the Crash Report? You can find it here:

open “Console”

go to “User Reports”

select the latest djay Pro “.crash” file and attach it to this mail

I’ll pass the crash report internally to our developers so they can have a look at it.

What platform are you using? You must run WINDOWS 10 FOR DJAY PRO and must have at least A I3 OR A I5 LAPTOP WITH AT LEAST 64GB OR MORE HARD DRIVE OR RUN A WINDOWS DIACNOSTIC AND DO A HARD DISK CLEAN UP

No I am using a mac. Its been working on my computer for like a year and it just randomly shut down while I was using it and does that every time I try to re open it
