Expand library automatically

I frequently use the app on my laptop. However, I recently used it on my iPhone and found a very interesting feature that’s not available on macOS. Initially, it’s not necessary, but it could be a possible option to activate in the macOS app: when you rotate the search button on iOS, it automatically opens the music list. On macOS, rotating the search button could expand the library to the entire screen, a feature that already exists and is activated via the keyboard shortcut ‘ENTER’. What do other DJs think?

Yes this should be an option if you scroll up/down more than 3-4 clicks. if you’re advancing to the next song it’s unncessary, but finding a song way down on the playlist would be nice to expand to full screen automatically.. Currently have this mapped to an extra button but would love it to be automatic.

Excellent contribution! Scrolling through just one song (the next song) doesn’t require automatic activation of the expansion. Activate the feature automatically starting (when scrolling) from the second or third song.

4. Fullscreen playlist view via Browse Rotary Encoder
   When scrolling through tracks using a Browse Rotary Encoder (such as on a Pioneer CDJ or a DJ controller), moving the encoder should automatically expand the playlist view to fullscreen.

• This would give you a much larger overview of the playlist instead of the small window, without needing to press an extra button.
• Once you press the encoder to load the track to Deck A or B, the view should automatically return to the normal layout.
• This should be optional via MIDI mapping, so each DJ can decide whether to use it.
