external mixer mode not working

HI, I have Djay pro 1.3 and it works fine in internal mixer mode.
I have a m-audio mtrack II 2 channel external sound card and a Eclerc 2 channel mixer.

my external soundcard is connected via USB.

I cannot seem to split audio to have deck 1 on left channel and deck 2 on right channel of my mixer…

This same setup works perfectly with traktor pro…

Help please
