External Mixer Setting NOT WORKING on Rane ONE using Djay on iPad Pro

I have not heard a thing from Djay support for at least a week but maybe someone here can assist?

I was able to use Djay in external mixer mode for a little while but now it I can only get sound output through channels 1/2. This will play through the output when the left deck is selected. When the right deck is selected I can only hear audio through the headphones!
