File limit for My Collection source

Device model iPad 10 gen

I use smart playlist, so I put all my music in one folder. I want to work directly on the iPad, no need to use my macbook and run them through itunes.

When trying to add to the Djay database by MY COLLECTION, it hangs. It should be noted that there are more than 5000 files that I have in that single folder.

My question is:

Is there a limit of files that I should put in each folder to be added without hanging?

For example to put folders with 2000 files each one?

Add your main music folder to Files in DJAY then import it to my collection… this work for me without any hang
