I’ve recently been using Djay Pro and for the most part absolutely love it. I noticed that the program (which I’m running on an iPad 8) suddenly started engaging the hi-pass filter on every new track not matter what setting I pick and with the "Reset (EQ, effects, controls)" set to off. Nothing else changes but the filter.
This only just started happening today out of nowhere. Any idea how I can get it to stop?

Based on your description, I suspect you have Crossfader FX accidentally enabled, but your video should help clarify things.
Of course a few minutes after posting I did remember that I did have exactly those crossfader settings turned on and didn’t realize it. Thank you!
