Option for the filter to filter individual stems, so we can filter only one or 2 or 3 stems. you can add a menu where we can choose which stems to filter. I think it will be especially cool using it with the fx pads.

Iād also like to share some existing options which might work for you. There are several Filter FX options available that you can then assign to individual STEMS (Lowpass, Highpass, Bandpass, Auto Filter and Lofi).

I have a small change to my request instead of a menu i think it would be belter to have four small icons that you can check.
I think also for the fx instead of choosing the stem in the drop down menu it would be better to have 4 small icons for each fx that you can check, even check more than one stem so the fx can be on 2 tor 3 stems. Then it will also very convenient to change quickly which stem is affected.

Iām glad I found this and didnāt have to create a new topic. For some time now, Iāve been wanting a filter that can be applied to all stem channels except vocals, so I strongly upvote this request. Metioned effects for filter do the job but is not easy to use; if you could make it work with a filter knob, that would be much better.

Hello Algoriddim team! I didnāt see this suggestion already, so apologies if it exists already. I love mixing with stems in DJay. Iāve even mapped out some knobs and buttons on my hardware to make this easier to do! What I would LOVE, however, is to be able to take the Neural Mix feature slightly farther. While I do see that I can separately apply FX to Drums/Inst/Vox, I would love to be able to apply the Filter to each stem separately. I donāt think this should have to be an FX option, but rather another control for MIDI just like Neural Volume and Neural EQ. It would be great to fine-tune mixes by having just the instrumental āmeltā away as I turn down the filter, while keeping drums and Vox going strong, for example. It seems that the ingredients for this kind of feature exist already, and just need to be āput togetherā in that specific way. Maybe thatās making a complicated thing sound easy. I understand that having multiple filters, vs 1 for the whole deck, could consume 2, 3, or 4x the processing power for each stem, but I think it could be a great feature add!

Hi @jakemprice I believe what you are asking is already in the Instant FX section, at least Iām using it for the same purpose.
Even tho arguably it still miss more customization features as it is itās already pretty powerful and enjoyable.
