I prefer Filter to be zero resonance, as my habit (after DJing with Allen&Heath mixers) is to kill bass-lines with filter instead of using EQ that have frequency set at certain amount. Even better would be to add two positions for filter: without resonance (fro killing bass-line of hi-hats) and with resonance (for effects).
