First use on Windows PC / No Music loading

Hello,

today i bought DJay pro and i installed it on my Windows 10 Desktop PC. (no Laptop)
Everything worked but as soon as I wanted to drag music to the turntables its just not loading.
It doesnt matter what source i am using, either my pc or soundcloud.

I tried it on my Laptop and its working there but i would like to work on my better SetUp with the better PC. Does anyone know if there is any setting i have to change? Support isnt answering me.
