Hello everyone, we just received news from Spotify that they’ve released another update to fix this issue.
Can you please test to confirm if your Spotify songs are now loading in djay?
If they are not, please do the following:
- Log out of Spotify from within djay and all Spotify Apps and browsers
- Reboot your device
- Launch djay
- Log back into Spotify and confirm if you are still experiencing this issue or not?
If you are still having issues, after performing the 4 steps above, please confirm where exactly you are located, and if the issue remains the same as before or is something different now. This will help us troubleshoot this further with Spotify if necessary. Thanks!
