So I have a iPad and iPhone. I can play the FLAC files on my iPad but they are not playing on my iPhone. Is this something that DJAY does not support on a iPhone or am I missing something.

Which iOS version are you using on your iPhone and iPad respectively? FLAC should be natively supported in recent iOS versions, and thus in djay.
Also are you getting any specific error message?
