FLX-10 Channel 4 Fader not responding in djay

Je contacte ce forums pour informer de ma situation :

je viens d’acheter une Pioneer FLX-10 et j’utilise DJAY (Platine est Logiciel à la dernière version),

j’ai essayer le fonctionnement 4 decks mais je rencontre un soucis sur le Deck 4,

en effet lorsque j’actionne le fader “volume” celui ci ne répond pas sur le logiciel,

je pense qu’il faut que je change le FADER (DVC1035), auriez vous des infos à ce sujet.

I tried using the 4-deck setup, but I’m encountering a problem with Deck 4:

When I move the volume fader, there is no response in the software.

I suspect I need to replace the fader (DVC1035); do you have any information on this?

Hi @DJGL02, can you please share your actual versions numbers instead of latest?

Device Model (ex. 2020 iPad Air 4th Gen):
Version of operating system (ex. iOS 17.3.1):
Version of djay (ex. 5.1.3):
Hardware Firmware Version (ex. 2.7):

You could also check in djay’s MIDI Learn Tool to see if it is responding to the fader movement:

Alternatively, you could test with a MIDI monitor app to see if the hardware is sending MIDI signals outside of djay: snoize: MIDI Monitor

Thanks @DJGL02. Are you seeing in MIDI response I djay’s MIDI Learn Tool or in MIDI Monitor? If not, then your fader is likely in need of repair or replacement.
