FLX-10 Deck 3 Inactive - Help!

A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
HELP! Had a wedding last night and after connecting the FLX-4 for the ceremony in one room, I moved my laptop to the main hall and connected my FLX-10. That is when I realized that Deck 3 stopped working all of a sudden for no reason. I have everything updated and it was working the day before so not sure what the heck happened. Anybody know of a solution?

B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Connect FLX-10 to computer. Turn on FLX-10 and click on Deck Select button. Deck 3 becomes inactive.

Hi @megaman24, thanks for the video and info.

  1. Is the Input Selector switch for Deck 3 set to USB-A or B (based on which USB port your Mac is connected to?

  2. Are you experiencing the same Deck 3 issue with other DJ software like Rekordbox or Serato?
  3. Are you using the (built-in) MIDI mapping for the FLX10 or a custom edit?
  4. Can you please share a screenshot of your djay Settings>Devices page?

@Slak_Jaw You are a master Jedi! It’s the simplest things in life that drive us crazy. haha. It was the ‘Line A / B’ switch! I can’t believe I missed that. I don’t know how it got switched but it did somehow. THANK YOU for your help as always amigo!
