So glad I didn’t purchase the flx10. To be honest. This new compatibility is worse! Most things don’t work with the iPad now…, You are stuckonly using hot cues because you can’t change frrom that.. the on board effects don’t work. The channel effects don’t work. Crazy! So djay only works with my entry level controllers😡. This is crazy.

iPad iOS version 18,5 iPad Pro 11 inch 4 th gen. Djay pro5.4.2. On board effects didn’t work. Channel Fx with filter don’t works & I couldn’t change from the hot cue page
I only use it once a week . I just posted of video of my issues with the ipad

Hi mate, just check your mappings. I’ve had a similar thing. Could be a bug with custom mappings. If you have several mappings delete them and just leave one or go back to original mapping and see if that’s better. I had 2 mappings that were some how conflicting.

. For the Mac The dev team confirmed my issue will need a firmware upgrade from pioneer. The digital marker in the display screen does not snap to the 12 o’clock position like all other hardware
Ahh got you. Is the device not on the latest firmware?
I had the same issue yesterday when trying to re-create my midi mappings … but suddenly it worked, don’t know what i did except for shutting on/off and plugging in/out. Did not do a restart of my iPad, though

I remember that I first used my old mappings and then switched to the default mappings … maybe that was the solution, but I am not sure

It is the latest firmware for the flx10. They need to do a new one because djay can’t change it on their end which baffles me. Because the digit marker was the only thing working on the screens before the update and it was perfect

I have shared these with our hardware team to see if they can replicate this. When you get a chance, please confirm if you are using the (built-in) MIDI mapping or a custom edit.

I would use the default mapping and try again. Worked for me. Some
individual mapping may be implemented again

Hi again @Five-0, just following up to see if you were able to replicate this issue with the (built-in) MIDI mapping. Our hardware team tested this extensively and could not reproduce this on their setup. Thanks!
