Just recently purchased and flx4 and when using iPad , every time I press cue button the volume on the pre cue goes to zero meaning you have to go into settings every time to increase volume.
This made worse when the pre cue volume on the flx4 doesn’t map to the iPad.
Is there a way to stop this happening? Seems mapping isn’t right with this. I should be able to select deck to cue and the cueing volume stays as it was

I’m using the preset mapping for the flx4
Auto select is off. Because I don’t like it to switch decks.
Thanks for the additional info @Tshirtkaps.
What FLX4 firmware, iOS, and djay version are you using?

You’re welcome @Tshirtkaps. Thanks for the additional details. Everything looks good there. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to replicate this on my end. Can you please try to capture a short video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here? Thanks!
