I have just tried DJ Pro for one day only (just to have a look and see what it is like). In order to ‘have a look’ it required a trial to be set up, and the company asked asked for my credit card details in the Microsoft Store. I have decided I don’t want to proceed, and have selected ‘delete account’ in the DJ Pro software (app) after clicking on the my account icon… hopefully this deletes the account and cancels the subscription which is due due in another 5 days… A free trial needs to be a ‘free’ trial …with the choice not to proceed or pay as you do not want the product..
Any feedback and advice…??

- Go to app.algoriddim.com
- Log in with your djay user account
- Click on “Manage Purchases” (this will open the same page as in step 3 above)
- Click on “Cancel Plan”

If I follow the directions provided (thanks) what happens to the money now already taken from the Microsoft Store which was due to the credit card details provided. I have not used the software …I only had a look to compare with others…nice product… just not for me at the moment?

You’re welcome @speckytwat. If any money has already been charged to your CC, you can request a refund via the Microsoft Store Support. They handle all app charges and refunds and can help you with this.

Just didn’t know that the video feature was for Apple only not Windows …so
therefore not been using the product … pitty it doesn’t work on both ?
