I downloaded and installed the trial version. From the moment I plug in my ddj-flx6-gt controller it asks to buy the full version. How can I test the program with my controller if I have to pay right away? Doesn’t seem logical to me. Is there a solution other than me having to pay already?
Hi @Loxidante205, welcome to the community. The free version of djay does not support controllers. However, the 7-day free trial does. Simply create an account and sign up for the 7-day trial to test djay with your hardware. I hope that helps!
So I am now trying to start the trial but when I click buy now all I get is a small white screen and I can’t do anything else. What can I do now? Thanks for your response btw
You’re welcome @Loxidante205. Please try closing djay and all other apps on your device. Restart and confirm that you have a good internet connection. If you’re using a VPN, please disable it. Then refer to the instructions below:

Still not working. Update done, pc renewed and then filled in all my details and clicked buy now but it doesn’t work.
I have a good wifi connection and no vpn.
Thanks for the screenshot. Very strange. Are you using an anti-virus software or pop-up blocker on your laptop? If so, please temporarily disable it.
If that doesn’t work, then I recommend you uninstall djay, reboot your laptop, delete your previous djay download, then navigate to the Microsoft store and download and install it again:

Disabled antivirus. deleted the download file. unistalled djay pro with revo unistaller.
New download and install.
Still no luck.
Is there another to way buy it and then with my account enable it?
Hi @Loxidante205, since a single djay subscription allows you to use it cross platform, you could do the 7-day trial via an iOS, macOS or Android device then login on your Windows device.

I got the same problem using my visa card. After I click on buy im getting this white screen and nothing happenend. I have no paypal account and dont wanna use one. Are payments via visa not working? What can I do?

What else can i do?
