Fx channel selector does not work on deck 2

I have been using the Windows Day Pro app and pairing it with my DDJ FLX4 controller. When i have a song playing on deck 2 and switch the FX channel selector to deck 2 and turn on the Fx, the Fx does not apply to deck 2. On the other hand when deck 1 is selected, it works and same for 1&2 (1 has fx applied to it but not). I’m going crazy pls help🥲

Hardware/controllers used (ex. Reloop Ready):
Hardware Firmware Version (ex. 2.7):

  1. Have you tried closing djay and rebooting your laptop?
  2. Are you running the latest firmware from Pioneer DJ for the FLX4?
  3. Are you running the latest Windows Drivers from Pioneer DJ for the FLX4?
  4. Are you using the (built-in) MIDI mapping for the FLX4 or a custom edit?
  5. Are you running the latest Windows version of djay that was released yesterday (5.2.11033.0)?
  6. If the above suggestions do not solve your issue, can you please try to capture a short video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here? Thanks!
