Fx D/W resetting to 100%

Is there a way to stop FX D/W setting from resetting to 100% every time
Could it always start at 0% instead?

Searched previous posts and found the issue but no answers.

Hi @Neil_Cooper, thanks for sharing the details about your setup. First of all, you need to navigate to the djay Settings>General>SONG LOADING> and make sure Reset EQ, FX, Tempo is turned OFF. After changing this, djay will remember your FX D/W setting when you load the next song.

Thank you, this works, but it isn’t ideal as all settings are kept, so still need to remember to check and change each time. Would be easier if D/W loaded at 0% I.e. Dry each time.

After a week or so of trials, I found an easier solution which is to use the Fx pads with instant effects and using HOLD if needed…

Now I just want to find a way of setting the W/D and level of effect and apply it to the pads….

Any thoughts, or ideas appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi @Neil_Cooper, glad to hear you’ve found a better solution. There is no W/D setting for the Instant FX.
