I have a big problem related to the AlphaTheta GRV6. I updated the firmware, the software, and Windows, and since then nothing works — everything is messed up. I’ve been trying for three days, searching all possible websites to find a solution, but nothing helps. The program doesn’t recognize the controller or the laptop, and when I finally get it to recognize the controller, I can only play sound through the laptop speakers.

Did you recently update to Windows 11 25H2?
If so, please refer to this Help Topic:

Alternatively the latest build of VirtualDJ has a tick box option to disable MIDI 2.0 so you can literally just install it and tick the box. Problem solved.

The option disables MIDI 2.0 regardless of what software or hardware you use.

Using this method does not require you to uninstall anything or disable updates.
