Can someone guide me step by step on how to connect my Rane 12s/72 with djay pro software , I tried but at some point it stops playing and also only one deck works

Which version of DJay Pro are you using, on what hardware? PC? Mac? Phone? Tablet?

@Deejay_jua please try installing the latest firmwares from RANE for all of your hardware.
