I’ve just upgraded the original DJ Pro software & now have no sound/volume on pre -cuing,( have sound on 2nd deck ) , how do i rectify this ?

What does your sound setup look like? Both pre-cue and main should be set to the same output.
Oh, you never said you were using the cable splitter. That would have been nice to know a while ago…
Can you please also try your Splitter cable with another device to see if it is alright?
Did you click the headphone icon at the upper left? There you can set the pre cue volume. Works with split cable.

No separate controller, just MacBook pro
With cable splitter ! Works on separate controller headphone jack, but not on cable splitter, but did before update !
