Help!!! Pioneer DDJ We go 4 controller not working with IPad Air- Djay app

Hi,

As above. My Iphone has the Djay app downloaded and works fine with controller. My old Ipad also worked fine.

I’ve bought a new IPad Air (Refurbished) and this is not syncing with controller.

What can i do to make this work? If I download DJay Pro would that be compatible?

Which exact devices were you using and which iOS version are the using?

Do you connect all devices in the same way?

Yes I connect my Iphone the same way which seems to work?
