A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • Beatribe allows people to request songs (in my case via Apple Music) I can then export these requests to a specified playlist in Apple Music.

  • Playlist in DJpro doesn’t update to reflect what’s in the playlist in Apple Music.

B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create Event in Beatribe,io app

  2. link to playlist

  3. Customers request songs via scanning QR code.

  4. You get requests in Admin side of Beattribe

  5. Export to Apple Music playlist (button press)

  6. Can see songs in Apple Playlist in Apple Music

  7. Cannot see songs within DJpro playlist dropdown

C) EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Songs in playlist in DJpro

D) ACTUAL RESULTS:

  • No Songs

Hi @Steve_Jay, please try navigating to the top menu bar of djay and select Library>Refresh Library and check if your Apple Music Streaming playlist in djay updates.
