Help with Rane Performer

Hi! I recently bought the Rane Performer. I appear to be having issues with the decks not operating at all on my software. The only things that seem to work are the level and some of the FX. There are no hot cues, rolls, samplers, or anything else related to the decks. Can you help, please?

Hi you need to give us more info to help. Can you complete the above. Do you have latest firmware installed on performer?

Hi @Andy_Montalvo,

  1. As suggested by @Dysfunk_DJ, please provide complete details about your setup so that we can properly troubleshoot this with you.
  2. Please also confirm that you have downloaded and installed the latest firmware from RANE for the Performer. When installing the firmware, be sure to connect directly to your computer via USB cable and not through any hubs or adapters.
  3. Also, note that the RANE Performer must be used in External Mixer Mode with the djay Settings>Audio Devices>Mixer Mode. Thanks!
