Help with Soundcloud go+ and Djay

Hello Algoriddim,
I have a soundcloud go+ subscription paid through the soundcloud websife and everything was working all right until I got asked to purchase soundcloud go+, so I pressed get soundcloud go+ (even though I already had a sub) and redirected me to soundcloud then asked me to open in « djay » i clicksd yes and askec me the same thing. Any help?

Hi @Alex_Domenech, please try the following:

  1. Log out of SoundCloud from within djay then close djay.
  2. Log out of all SoundCloud standalone apps and browsers.
  3. Close all apps on your iPhone.
  4. Perform a Forced Restart of your iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
  5. After restarting, disable any VPN’s or proxy’s on your iPhone and confirm you have a good WiFi connection.
  6. Launch only djay, and log back into SoundCloud within djay.
