Hi! I am relatively new to DJing and after using the Djay app on my iPad for a while I decided to look into getting an actual controller. I narrowed my results to the Hercules DJControl Inpulse 200 and the new Hercules DJControl Inpulse 300 MK2. For flexibility, I want to be able to have both options of using Djuced, and my iPad and laptop for mixing via the Djay app as I’ve become more familiar with it. Since the Inpulse 300 MK2 is new, is it a viable option to use with Djay at the moment? If not, is it going to become available soon, as I want to wait and see if it is before deciding. Thanks!
Hi @jdrums,
Thanks for posting to the community for the first time!
At this time, the Hercules Inpulse 300 Mk2 is not natively supported in djay Pro AI for macOS/iOS.
Please note that most class-compliant MIDI-based DJ controllers can be MIDI mapped to your liking by using djay’s MIDI learn feature. I will link you to some helpful links on this process below.
