Hercules djcontrol mix Ultra cue issue with ios

**Summary of the issue:**split output does not function . master and cue volume comes out both end of split cable provided. Works fine on MacBook because it does not require a usb adapter. But with the iPad I have to use a usb adapter which makes cueing impossible.

Hi @Five-0, please note that there is a difference between Split Cue and Split Output. Please confirm which one you are talking about - it sounds like you are talking about Split Output. See below for a detailed explanation of Split Cue.

Split Output is for using a DJ Mono Splitter cable to split the stereo headphone socket output of your device into a Mono Master Output and a Mono Headphone Cueing Output.
