Hello everyone!
After updating to version 5.3, which has some great new features
, my crossfader stopped working every time I started the app. To make it work, I have to click on the ‘exclamation’ mark and then click on ‘restore’ to make it work again. Is there a way to fix this so that it starts enabled every time I open the app?
BR,

Hi my friend @Slak_Jaw! How are u?
Im fine and thank you for answering me.
I made a video to show that the “Crossfader Cut Mode” function is disabled and also “Sync Crossfader” is disabled and even so, when I open the app, the Crossfader no longer loads. And I always have to click “Restore” to get it working again. Below are the specifications of the equipment I use to help me.

BR,
Hi @brunolima, it looks like you’ve accidentally disabled the crossfader on the hardware by changing the crossfader curve switch to Off. I would set this to Mix or Scratch instead (middle or left position - not the right position).

Hi my friend @Slak_Jaw!
You guys are the best and this app is the best ever! Thank you very much, my crossfader key was at 0. I remember that in previous versions of the app it didn’t work, so I didn’t even care what position it was in. Now I’ve discovered that it works. Another happy discovery that will allow me to change the behavior of the crossfader during my presentations without having to go into the settings.
I’m very happy!
BR
