Hi @Bunny_Hop, thanks for the details about your setup.
- Are you using the latest T7 firmware from Hercules?
- Are you using the “built-in” MIDI mapping for the T7 or a customized version?
- Please close djay and follow the procedure linked below to perform a Forced Restart of your iPad: https://support.apple.com/guide/ipad/force-restart-ipad-ipad9955c007/ipadosta
Hello! It’s been more than 14 days since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!
I am also having the same issue on my mac. It works on other software but not in djay.
Is there a way to manually map it? I can’t find a way to map the jog wheel at all.
My firmware version is: 1.87.
Thanks.

Also, can you please try to capture a short video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here? Thanks!
I am not sure if it is an issue or a missing feature.
Expected functionality: pressing shift + turning jog wheel should seek the track.
Thank you.
