Hercules RMX2 master volume very very low

HI guys,
If I connect my Hercules RMX2 and Djay 2 with my iMac everything works great but if I use the Hercules RMX2 console with Pro Djay AI on my IPad Pro the master volume is very very very low while the cue volume is ok and all other functions work great…
How can I solve the problem?

Hi @Curvart,

Thanks for posting to the community for the first time!

By any chance do you have the Output Headroom feature enabled found within the Sound section of djay Pro AI’s settings menu as this can drop the overall volume level by -6, -9 or -12db.

Additionally, have you tried using different Main Output cables to confirm whether or not this might be a hardware issue?
