Hello. I am doing vdj’ing. I have videos that freeze on playing that are 3840 × 2160. Is this to high of resolution? What is the max resolution? Please help.

Hi @Nelson_Rodriguez, sorry for the delayed response. I spoke with the engineering team and this is what they had to say.

The maximum resolution a device can handle depends on its capabilities. Rendering 4K video is quite processing-intensive, which might be causing the issue you’re experiencing. We recommend you try playing videos at 1080p resolution to see if your machine can handle it better.
