So I can take a closer look into this, could you please tell me the following:
- Which device do you have?
- Which OS version is running on your device?
- Do you have an active and valid TIDAL account and are you able to log in to TIDAL in djay without any issues?
- Does this error message pop up with all TIDAL songs or only with certain songs? If it’s only certain songs, could you please send some examples for when this occurs?
