Host Requires Authentication Error

Hi I’m using Djay Pro app (Version 3.0.2) on Android and I’m trying to load my playlist from Tidal, but it says “Host Requires Authentication” I click try again like crazy and nothing happens. What should I do?
Soundcloud is not available in my Country and I don’t want to use my storage dives on music

So I can take a closer look into this, could you please tell me the following:

  1. Which device do you have?
  2. Which OS version is running on your device?
  3. Do you have an active and valid TIDAL account and are you able to log in to TIDAL in djay without any issues?
  4. Does this error message pop up with all TIDAL songs or only with certain songs? If it’s only certain songs, could you please send some examples for when this occurs?
