Hi Guy’s, i noticed it myself while trying out External Apps, in mij case rekordbox, hotcues/loops do shift in tracks.
Mix Master G confirmed it yesterday in his video and explains why this happens.

Hi again @djbo, sorry for the delayed reply. The engineer that I needed to talk to was away on summer vacation. They are asking if you are using DJCU instead of External Apps? If so, then the 5.4.2 fix applied only to RB and TR External Apps import. Is that also still broken for you? Thanks!
Hi Slak_Jaw: I have DJCU but am using rekordbox (RB) in Djay’s External Apps. Traktor (TR) i don’t use anymore since i have switched to rekordbox a few years ago. So the 5.4.2 fix applied only to rekordbox dit not fix the issue. As MixmasterG said in his video at 14:30: “the person who did fix the things that I reported should be fired immediately because quality control is not the strong suit. There are some issues still there.” 
Thanks for the additional info @djbo. Can you please provide a clear description of these issues with exact steps to reproduce them without referencing the DJCU video above? Perhaps with your own video or by writing them here? I want to make sure I clearly communicate your exact workflow and the issues to our engineering team so they can replicate it properly and continue troubleshooting. Thanks!
Hi @djbo, sorry for the delayed reply. The engineer that I needed to discuss this with was away on vacation. Did you re-run the “Reload Cues and Loops” option for the effected tracks after updating to djay 5.4.2? Just checking as djay only reads the cue/loops once from Rekordbox on first load of the track, so you would need to reload them via this option to get the offsets updated with the change. Thanks!
No problem for the delay. I was not aware of the option “Reload Cues and Loops”. I just ran it several times on a track (see screenshot) and ik doesn’t make any difference.
