Hot Cues not showing on both iPhone and Mac

do sync points not show on the mac and iphone together? i have sync points on all my songs on my phone but that would be impossible to do that all over again on my mac

Hi @joccili, I assume by “sync points” you mean Hot Cues or cue points. You can enable iCloud sync on both of your devices so that your Hot Cue are automatically synced between the two. Please see below for more details:

i tried this and the cue points on. my phone are not showing on my mac

Hi @joccili, are you logged into both your Mac and iPhone using the same djay Account login credentials AND the same Apple ID?

Here’s some more info on the djay Account:

hello, i checked i am signed into the same account and my icloud is enabled. still don’t have my cues showing on both my iphone and mac. only on my iphone

Thanks for the additional info @joccili. Please follow the procedure below on your Mac:

  1. Quit djay.
  2. Make sure you have a backup of your djay Media Library.djayMediaLibrary file on an external drive or cloud service.
  3. If you have previously disabled iCloud for djay Pro in System settings, please make sure it is re-enabled for djay Pro.
  4. Open the app Terminal.app
  5. Run this command: defaults write com.algoriddim.djay-iphone-free CMCResetCloudKitState -bool true
  6. Launch djay

This will reset the CloudKit and clear up any issues related to iCloud sync.
