How Can the Gray Cue Point Be Reset?

Newbie using Demo mode on a 2016 Macbook Pro. How in the world do you reset the Gray cue point to the beginning of the song or anywhere else for that matter? I know how to get rid of the colored cue points but, this gray cue point really has me puzzled. The following is a screenshot of the point in the middle of the song. I would appreciate any help. Thank you
