How do i check logs on IOS following a crash

  • Version of operating system: iPadOS 17.6.1

  • Version of djay: 5.2.3

  • Hardware/controllers used : Pioneer DJ Rev 1

Is there a way to get crash logs?

I was at a garden gig this afternoon and djay pro crashed midset. I suspect thermal reasons because it was 20 degrees this afternoon.

Is there a way to get the logs so i can send it over for devs to investigate why the app crashed?

Thanks for your question!

Usually your device will send us crash logs automatically. If you could follow the steps below so that we can retrieve your user ID that would help us in our findings.

  1. Open day.
  2. Navigate to the djay settings menu.
  3. Tap on Contact Support.
  4. In the pop up email window send us a message with the following subject “ATTN: NATHANIEL - How do I check logs on IOS”

From there we will handle the rest. Thanks!
