How do I use my license key to download Djay 2 on my I Pad?

Whiteout having to purchase the App! I got the key with Pioneer DJ wego,
When I try to download the app it asks me to purchase it!

I assume the key is for an older version of a djay Mac software, like djay 3.
Do you own a Mac?
