How to deactivate auto sync

Your question:
When I have one track running and the next one loaded: as soon as I touch the Cross-fader or press play or release the track on the second deck sync is automatically activated. Even if I quickly klick on Sync and turn it off, it jumps right back into sync mode as soon as I touch any deck or the cross-fader.
I searched the handbook and this forum and can’t find a way to turn off this auto sync.

Hi @AleKay, you have a couple of options here:

1. Turn Crossfader FX OFF
   
   
2. If you want to use Crossfader FX, but don’t want it to Sync automatically, go to Settings>General>CROSSFADER FX>Sync Mode and set it to OFF.
