How to jump to match section with Mixtour Pro

YOUR QUESTION:

If I recall correctly in a previous version of DJAY when holding down the browse button and turning the different sections would be become active, like the playlists overview, the playlist and side section with history, que, match & automix.

I can’t find anyway possible even with custom mapping or the builtin mapping to get to the side view (with the history/que/match…) via the controller.

Does anyone know if it is possible to map a button to jump to de side view?

Hi @Ramon_Richie, the MIDI command you are looking for is called Switch Library Table. You need to set the Target → Music Library first. If the Side Panel is already open, you should be able to toggle into the side panel using this command. I just tested this on macOS and it seems to work fine. It’s possible, however, that this isn’t currently supported on iOS. I’ll try to check and test later today to confirm.

This is what it looks like on macOS, but it should be pretty similar on iOS.

Ah yes, just checked. In built-in mapping on Mac it works (push browse knobs switches library table, including the side table)

On ios it does not, only switches between de Playlists or the Playlist itself.

It’s impossible to get a song “selected” in the Match or Queue list, cause when tapping it, the load to deck 1 or 2 pops up and preview doesn’t work.

I mapped a preview player button, but can’t use it in the side view (on ios)

Well I will submit it as a bug or feature request, cause it really would be handy if it did work.
